A typical day:

Enforce site safety procedures and ensure full compliance with regulations and PPE requirements
Coordinate truck flow, manage driver activity, and optimise loading efficiency
Monitor loading operations and validate proper connections and procedures
Troubleshoot operational issues and adjust workflows in real time
Communicate with control rooms, dispatchers, and logistics teams daily
Prepare reports detailing activities, safety observations, and improvement opportunities

Requirements:

Demonstrate experience in oil and gas field operations or water transfer logistics
Possess strong knowledge of safety protocols, TDG regulations, and waste manifests
Exhibit proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments
Communicate effectively with drivers, dispatch, and operations teams
Solve problems quickly and make decisions under pressure
Show strong organisation, attention to detail, and a safety-first mindset
