Let's chat!Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Bilingual Clinical Consultant in the Life Sciences Industry in Saint-Laurent, Quebec. The Clinical Consultant will be contracted to provide maternity leave coverage, delivering clinical expertise, customer education, and procedural support for the client’s Heart Failure products within a defined territory. The role partners with healthcare providers and internal teams to provide training, support implant procedures, and engage customers—driving patient outcomes and business objectives. This is a field-based role requiring travel and strong relationship management skills. Responsibilities:- Provide clinical support during implant procedures and assist customers with product-related clinical, technical, and operational matters
- Assess customer educational needs and develop effective training initiatives to enhance product knowledge, clinical confidence, and patient outcomes
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Training & Education, Technical Support, and healthcare stakeholders to achieve business objectives
- Support the execution of regional business strategies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Heart Failure business
- Monitor and communicate clinical trends, customer feedback, and product performance insights to relevant internal teams
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
- Serve as the primary clinical contact for customers within the assigned region, providing expert support on Heart Failure products
- Deliver training and education programs to healthcare professionals, customers, and internal teams on products, in accordance with approved materials and Instructions for Use (IFUs)
Requirements:- Bachelor of Science or Health Sciences, Nursing or equivalent is required
- 5 – 8 years of previous experience is required
- Fluency in both English and French is required
- Must have a valid passport; required for 1-week training based in the US
- Direct experience in managing patients with Advanced Heart Failure, specifically Mechanical Circulatory Support/Ventricular Assist Devices (VADs), Medical management, or Cardiology in an advanced tertiary care hospital setting
- Clinical publications, group presentations, experience with outcomes reporting would be an asset
- Ideal candidate has a good attitude for continued learning and growing within their role
- Travel is associated with this position
Total compensation:- $90000.00 - $100000.00 annually
- Weekly pay including a 4% vacation premium
