Own the Client Experience in Fast-Moving E-Commerce Fulfilment
Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Account Manager in the 3PL Industry in Toronto, Ontario.
This in-office Account Manager role is ideal for a relationship-driven professional who understands the pace and complexity of e-commerce fulfilment. You will manage a portfolio of 3PL clients, act as their primary point of contact, and partner closely with warehouse operations to ensure accurate, timely, and scalable order fulfilment. If you enjoy problem solving, improving processes, and owning client success end to end, this role offers real impact and visibility.
Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned e-commerce 3PL clients
Translate client business needs into clear operational requirements
Monitor fulfilment performance including SLAs, shipping times, and error rates
Collaborate closely with warehouse operations on receiving, inventory, and shipping
Lead client onboarding, reporting, reviews, and escalation resolution

Successful candidates will have:

Bring 3+ years of experience in logistics or 3PL e-commerce fulfilment
Demonstrate hands-on knowledge of inventory, pick/pack, shipping, and returns
Use platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, or similar
Work confidently with a WMS, with Extensiv considered a strong asset
Communicate clearly while managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced setting
