Senior Network Analyst
Calgary, AB
Agilus is recruiting for a Senior Network Analyst in the Oil and Gas in Calgary, Alberta. As a Network Analyst (contract), you will demonstrate your analytical and technical skills to troubleshoot and support the day-to-day operations of the business on the Network infrastructure. Responsibilities:- Perform installation, administration and support of network systems and services in Enterprise infrastructure environment
- Assist in break/fix operations and continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide technical support during critical outages or major network initiatives, as required
- Participate in managing the team’s incident queue in Remedy ticket management system
- Ensure timely resolution of all operational tickets, with exceptional customer service engagement
Successful candidates will have:- University degree or college/technical diploma
- 8-10+ years hands on experience with Cisco Network Administration or similar role preferably in the oil and gas industry
- Proficiency in network routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)
- Experience in the following technologies:
Cisco routers and switches; IOS, NX-OS
HPE Aruba switches, Aruba Central
FortiGate, Forti Analyzer
BGP, OSPF, STP, SNMP, DHCP
Meraki, HPE Aruba WiFi
Flex VPN, MPLS, LTE/cellular
Azure/AWS Cloud networking
Citrix Netscaler and ADM
Solarwinds Orion, Zabbix, InfoBlox, OpManager
Wireless communication backhaul (Ceragon, Redline, Cambium, DragonWave)
Total rewards:- $100.00 hourly
