Agilus is recruiting for a QA - Test Lead in the Financial Industry .
The Test Lead, Test Management and Quality Control plays a critical role in ensuring the overall quality of all aspects of the testing lifecycle. Key accountabilities include the planning, oversight, and execution of all aspects of the testing lifecycle for large projects and/or programs. They will utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to align and obtain buy-in from stakeholders, monitor and proactively address risks, and ensure consistent alignment with best practices for all testing deliverables.
Responsibilities:

Effectively monitor progress and allocation of testers and/or external partners to meet key milestones, coordinate efforts and scheduling, and provide ongoing feedback and coaching. • Oversee the creation of test assets that are suitable for reuse and/or future automation, traceable, and aligned with methodology
Chair defect triage meetings to ensure effective and detailed documentation, tracking, and reporting of defect resolution using metrics
Continuously assess and improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Manage and execute deliverables of the Testing Lifecyle in line with methodology/best practices: Estimates, test strategy, plan, schedules, test cases, dashboards, defect logs, test closure reports, entry/exit criteria, production validation, and gating for complex projects and/or programs
Oversee deliverables of multiple testing teams (internal and external); influence and obtain stakeholder alignment and ensure effective ongoing collaboration and communication across cross functional testing teams.
Proactively monitor and apply a risk-based testing approach. Escalate potential risks as they are identified; provide recommendations for risk mitigation or recovery options. Act as the point of contact between the testing team and internal stakeholders,

Must have:

5 years of experience in a role overseeing all phases of testing lifecycle
Experience with Test Management tools such as DevOps, ALM, Jira (Xray, Zephyr) Waterfall and/or Agile-Scrum and Confluence
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interact and explain complex situations professionally with diverse groups, managers, and subject matter experts in French and English
Self starter, detail oriented and results driven, comfort dealing with ambiguity and multiple internal and external stakeholders and priorities in a fast paced, demanding and rapidly evolving environment.
