Agilus is recruiting for a Director, Client Services - Engineering & Technical Staffing Specialty in the staffing services industry. in a hybrid work environment in Calgary, Alberta.
As Director, Client Services leading Western Canada, you will drive business development, gain market share and improve profitability by leading and developing a high-performance team.
How you will make an impact:

Attract, develop and retain top talent that excels in developing new business and nurturing and growing existing business
Enable positive outcomes internally by ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are achieved through coaching and skills development
Identify target clients and contacts and support business plan development and activities
Participate in leading and supporting prospect and client meetings
Measure, monitor and performance manage financial, sales and client staffing objectives and results
Leverage technology and promote processes in support of achieving efficiencies and effectiveness
Promote all relevant Agilus staffing specialties to our valued client partners
Deliver positive outcomes externally by elevating client and candidate experiences through your market and industry acumen and strength in relationship management
