Payroll Administrator needed for permanent opportunity in Edmonton!
Agilus is recruiting for a Payroll Administrator in the construction industry in Edmonton, Alberta.
We're actively hiring for a Payroll Administrator to join a great team in Edmonton permanently. Perfect person for this role has experience with payroll for a large number of staff across multiple provinces.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and process hourly payroll on a weekly and biweekly basis.
  • Calculate pay for new hires, changes, and terminations.
  • Deductions, benefits, and WCB.
  • Running month-end reports.
  • Processing ROEs.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience processing a high volume of payroll across multiple provinces (500+ staff)
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business or Accounting.
  • Must have union and non union payroll experience and in-house payroll experience.
  • PCP designation is an asset.
  • Strong Excel knowledge.
