Bilingual Customer service Coordinator

Agilus is recruiting for a Bilingual Customer service Coordinator in the Banking industry in Toronto, Ontario. Agilus is looking for a strong Quality Assurance Coordinator who will be at the Front-line service, addressing questions related to fraud and loss mitigation - Responding to letters for casework A typical day:- Listening to recordings of calls and assessing for compliance and infractions
- Answer letters for casework in a timely and accurate manner
- Collaborate with a team of 12 associates in similar roles
- Provide insights, trends, and process improvements as a top performer in the role
Successful candidates will have:- Bilingual in English and French
- 2 to 3 years of experience in quality assurance
- Ability to work with high volumes, multitask, and provide insights for process improvements
Total rewards:- $20.00 - $27.00 hourly
- 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday (Hybrid model with remote work on 2-3 days a week)
- A long term contract with chance of converting to permanent
- Collaborate with 12 other associates in similar roles
