Agilus is recruiting for an Accounting Assistant in the not for profit sector in Victoria, British Columbia.
Our client, a well established not for profit located in Victoria is looking for a full time permanent Accounting Assistant.
A typical day:

Processing & monitoring of financial transactions
Preparation of various schedules, reports and office expenditures
Processing of AR, AP, GL and reporting

Successful candidates will have:

3 years of experience in an accounting role
Completion of a recognized accounting program or working towards CPA
Excellent computer skills specifically in MS Office, Sharevision, Adagio and PayDirt an asset
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Must be fully vaccinated due to working with a vulnerable population
Please note this is a union position

Total rewards:

$24.48 hourly
