Agilus is recruiting for a Office Coordinator in the Manufacturing Sector in Mississauga, Ontario.
The Office & Account Services Co-Ordinator is responsible for entering invoices, onboarding, setup and maintenance of new and existing customers, general office administration for the division, and coordination of other general administrative functions. Someone with strong administration and basic accounting skills would be an excellent fit!

Duties:
  • Input data into reports, generate reports, perform day end and month end processing duties as assigned
  • Call and Process creditcard transactions and distribute appropriate receipts/documents
  • Maintaining office supplies
  • other duties assigned
  • Create reports and files for invoice archiving (ie. Octacom), resolve any discrepancies
  • Maintain, update, create customer purchase order file to ensure accuracy in invoicing
  • Proactively solicit customer orders / identify program underutilization and engage with appropriate stakeholders
  • Process invoicing / billing to specific customer requirements (ie. Regular invoicing, Web billing, Email invoicing, Special Handling etc.)

Successful candidates will have:
  • Strong organization, prioritization and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task with accuracy and thoroughness
  • Good working knowledge of computers, email, Microsoft office
  • Data entry experience an asset
  • College graduate is the minimum education requirement
  • Minimum 1 year solid experience doing related functions in an office setting
  • French and English Bilingual is an asset
  • Detail oriented and past experience in invoices or with basic accounting functions
