Agilus is recruiting for a Senior Office Administrator in the utility industry in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Our wonderful client is looking for an experienced administrative professional to support senior management. This is a 12 month, full-time contract position. We are looking for someone who is extremely organized, diligent and possesses excellent communication skills.

  • Manage emails, calendar and conference calls
  • Help with invoices, process expense claims and orders
  • Draft/prepare meeting agenda/minutes, presentation material and other documents as needed

Successful candidates will have:
  • Minimum 5 years of office administration experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint
