Accounts Payable Clerk - 12 month contract
Windsor, ON

Agilus is recruiting for a Accounts Payable Clerk in the Automotive industry in Windsor, Ontario.
Looking to further your experience in the financial/accounting sector? In this role you will work in our client's financial department to complete the necessary clerical work for accurate accounting practices.

A typical day:
  • Responsible for the processing of invoices through a computerized accounting system using a three-way match
  • Follow up with vendor on open statement items and payment inquiries
  • Provides accounting and administrative support services as required.
  • Abide by all Company policies including, but not limited to the following: Health and Safety, Environmental, Quality, Human Resources policies, and the Employee

Successful candidates will have:
  • Two-year diploma in accounting, and high school completion?
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in an accounts payable position performing a variety of clerical functions
  • Word processing of 60 wpm, working knowledge of Excel and Accounting software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment performing repetitive tasks
