Junior Order Coordinator

Agilus isrecruiting a full time Junior OrderCoordinator for our global leading technology solutions client. This is a remote 6-month contract position starting immediately.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle sales orders (SAP & Dynamics – CRM)
  • Manage quote & order backlog / pro-actively monitor delivery dates in co-ordination with procurement (SAP, Excel)
  • Sending packing requests to the warehouse (SAP)
  • Handling invoicing (SAP)
  • Data extraction, i.e. pulling quote/order backlog, sales history (SAP, PowerBI, Excel)
  • Possibility – assisting the spares team with item management, upfront lists, pricing agreements, etc. where needed.

Requirements:

  • Softwareskills include: ERP (SAP), PDM (Enovia), CRM (Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Experience in other reporting tools (Microsoft PowerBI)
  • Advanced Excel knowledge/experience would be a plus (eg. Pivot Tables, v look up)
  • Detail oriented & strong organizational skill
  • Customer service mindset
  • Experience/understanding of the supply chain
  • Strong aptitude with software – can easily learn and pickup needed skills
  • Experience in an industrial background is a plus
