Agilus is recruiting for a Secretary/Executive Assistant for our client located in Winnipeg.
• Schedule meetings and appointments for Senior Leaders utilizing Outlook, Zoom and MS Teams
• Attend all meetings and take meticulous notes for distribution
• Ghost-write correspondence on behalf of others using flawless grammar
• Answer and direct telephone calls and emails with impeccable etiquette
• Prepare corporate presentations utilizing PowerPoint
• Provide administrative support as required (filing, data entry, database maintenance, etc)
This role is a term position over a number of months with strong potential to become long term or even permanent.
- 3-5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Secretary capacity is required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are essential
- Strong administrative and organizational skills required
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain confidence is required
- Ability to creatively and independently problem solve is an asset
- Ability to maintain the strictest confidence is a must
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom and MS Teams is required
- Must have outgoing personality and great interpersonal skills
