Accounts Payable Administrator

Agilus London is currently recruiting an Accounts Payable administrative professional for our client in London. The ideal candidate will be an individual who is detail oriented, highly motivated and works well in a team setting

Job Type: Temporary to Perm, Full-Time 

Start Date: September 21st

Duties &Qualifications

  • Confident with data entry skills 
  • Ability to make collection calls 
  • Experience with organizing large volumes of data 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites especially Excel
  • 1+ years' experience in an office administrator role 
  • Some familiarity with Systematic - Texada software application considered an asset 
  • 1+ years' of Accounts Payable experience considered an asset · 

Compensation

·        $18.00/hr + 4% vacation pay

Work Hours

·        8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday
