Senior Analyst - AI & Automation

Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Senior Analyst - AI & Automation in the Financial Industry in a hybrid work environment in Toronto, Ontario.

Responsibilities:

Build, test and maintain Copilot Studio agents: topics, knowledge sources, actions and Power Automate flows
Structure and maintain SharePoint content and the control library so agents return accurate, traceable answers
Write and refine prompts and instructions, run test cases, and track accuracy, gaps and hallucinations
Build Power BI dashboards that track agent usage, accuracy, test results and audit coverage
Analyze audit and controls data with SQL to find patterns, gaps and automation opportunities
Work with audit, risk and technology partners to gather requirements and turn them into agent features
Support user onboarding, training materials and feedback loops

Requirements:

1–3 years in analytics, automation, or technology (co-op and internship experience counts)
Hands-on experience building in Microsoft Copilot Studio or another agent framework, such as Azure AI Foundry, LangChain, or the Claude or OpenAI APIs
Strong Power BI skills, including data modelling, DAX, and building and publishing reports
Working knowledge of SharePoint, Power Automate and the Power Platform
Clear written communication and the ability to explain technical work to non-technical stakeholders

Exposure to internal audit, controls, risk or compliance
Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI, or model risk management in a regulated industry
