Senior Project Manager | Lead High-Visibility Retail Transformation & Enterprise Change Initiatives
Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Project Manager in the retail industry in a hybrid work environment in Mississauga, Ontario.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a complex, cross-functional business transformation initiative within a large enterprise retail environment. This role will coordinate approximately 12 business workstreams, bringing together stakeholders from Operations, Marketing, Merchandising, Construction, Real Estate, IT, and Finance. The ideal candidate is a highly organized project leader who excels at driving accountability, managing executive stakeholders, and delivering results in fast-paced environments with aggressive timelines.
Responsibilities:

Lead project planning, execution, and delivery across approximately 12 cross-functional business workstreams
Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery schedules
Coordinate stakeholders across Operations, Marketing, Merchandising, Construction, Real Estate, IT, and Finance
Facilitate governance meetings and provide regular executive-level project reporting
Manage project risks, issues, decisions, and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

Minimum 8 years of project management experience delivering complex business initiatives
Proven experience leading large-scale business transformation, operational transformation, or enterprise-wide programs
Demonstrated success coordinating multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups simultaneously
Experience managing initiatives involving Operations, Marketing, Merchandising, Construction, Real Estate, IT, and Finance teams
Strong governance, executive reporting, and stakeholder management experience
Expertise in building and managing integrated project plans, risk logs, issue logs, and decision registers
