Total rewards:

$35.00 - $40.00 hourly

A typical day:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer acceptance
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified talent
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and industry events
Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments
Coordinate reference checks and pre-employment screening activities
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Maintain accurate recruitment records and track hiring metrics

Successful candidates will have:

3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, operations, maintenance, skilled trades, or corporate positions
Strong sourcing and talent attraction capabilities
Experience screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of employment legislation and recruitment best practices
