Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Class 3 Driver in the Waste Management Industry in Saint John, New Brunswick.
Are you an experienced Class 3 Driver looking for a stable, hands-on role with a respected waste removal company in Saint John, NB? We're recruiting a safety-focused, reliable drivers who already has solid commercial driving experience. This position offers a unique combination of driving and physical work, making it ideal for team-oriented individuals who enjoy staying active throughout the day. Successful candidates will work within residential and commercial waste collection operations, sharing both driving and collection responsibilities as part of a driver/picker team.
We offer:

$24.34 - $25.52 hourly

Responsibilities:

Safely operate Class 3 commercial vehicles in residential and commercial areas
Perform waste collection duties as part of a driver/picker team
Alternate between driving and collection duties throughout the shift
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures
Complete required documentation accurately and on time

Requirements:

Valid Class 3 Driver's License
Minimum 1 year of experience operating a 5-ton truck or larger
Proven ability to operate commercial vehicles safely and competently
Strong commitment to workplace safety
Team-player attitude with a positive work ethic
Willingness to perform both driving and waste collection duties
Physically capable of working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Experience operating Roll-Off Trucks OR Residential Rear Load Trucks considered a strong asset
