A typical day:

join a highly collaborative Social Media Intelligence
Responsible for monitoring and reporting on customer, brand, competitor, and industry activity across social media platforms, generating actionable insights from social data, and supporting stakeholders through strategic reporting and intelligence initiatives.

Successful candidates will have:

Minimum 3 years of experience in social listening
3 years of social media intelligence
3 years of social media analytics
Proven experience in Digital insights roles
