Senior Talent Management Advisor (Contract – 13 Months)Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Senior Talent Management Advisor in the Energy Sector in a hybrid work environment in Calgary, Alberta. This 13-month contract is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in complex, high-visibility environments and enjoys partnering with senior stakeholders. A typical day:- Design, deliver, and sustain enterprise talent management programs (succession planning, performance, leadership development)
- Partner with HR Business Partners to deploy and continuously improve talent programs
- Provide insights through data analysis and reporting on talent metrics and leadership pipeline
- Lead change management strategies across talent initiatives
- Collaborate with HR COEs to deliver integrated talent solutions
- Identify and implement opportunities to leverage technology and automation
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure program alignment with business needs
- Evaluate effectiveness of programs and provide ongoing performance reporting and recommendations
Successful candidates will have:- 15+ years of experience in HR, with strong focus on Talent Management
- Proven experience leading enterprise-level HR programs and initiatives
- Strong expertise in succession planning, performance management, and leadership development
- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior leadership
- Advanced analytical skills with experience using data to drive insights
- Strong understanding of change management frameworks and methodologies
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations (energy/infrastructure preferred)
