Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Document Control Administrator in the energy & utilities sector in a hybrid work environment in Edmonton, Alberta.
Join a high-impact transmission program supporting large-scale electrical infrastructure projects. As a Document Control Administrator, you will play a critical role in managing technical and contractual documentation while collaborating with project managers, engineers, and external stakeholders. This is a long-term opportunity to contribute to complex, multi-year capital projects with strong extension potential.

A typical day:

Manage and maintain project documentation in controlled systems
Coordinate document flow between internal teams and external partners
Ensure timely review, approval, and distribution of documents
Support change control processes and ensure compliance with standards
Provide system expertise and support to project team members
Identify process improvements and contribute to efficiency initiatives

Requirements:

Demonstrate experience in document control within engineering or project environments
Show proficiency in SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, and document control systems
Exhibit strong organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Display attention to detail and strong adherence to processes and policies
Bring a proactive, customer-focused mindset with high integrity
