Agilus is recruiting a Manager, Commercial Development for a high-profile transportation organization. This leadership role oversees key revenue-generating programs including parking, ground transportation, and concessions. You’ll drive commercial performance, lead a multidisciplinary team, and identify new revenue opportunities while enhancing the customer experience in a fast-paced, operational environment. A typical day:- Lead commercial programs including parking, transportation, and concessions
- Drive revenue growth through strategic planning and program optimization
- Oversee contract management, vendor relationships, and tenant performance
- Develop business cases, budgets, and performance reporting
- Identify new commercial opportunities and enhance customer experience
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, multidisciplinary team
- Collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with operational, safety, and regulatory standards
Successful candidates will have:- Post-secondary education in Business, Commerce, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in commercial or operations leadership
- Experience with parking, concessions, contract management, or revenue programs
- Strong leadership skills with experience in unionized environments preferred
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder operations
- Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office and data tools
- Eligible to work in Canada and able to obtain required security clearance
