Business Analyst needed for 6-month contract in downtown Calgary! $80/hour+, hybrid work model!
Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Business Analyst - LMS in the oil and gas sector in Calgary, Alberta.
Our client is actively hiring for a BA to join their team for a 6-month contract o help move their learning system from Saba to SAP SuccessFactors. The perfect person for this role has led a Saba LMS migration, understands data mapping, has fluency with SAP SuccessFactors and can talk to both business and tech teams.
What's in it for you:

$80.00 - $90.00 hourly
Location: downtown Calgary
Monday to Friday, full time hours
6-month contract, chance of extension

Responsibilities:

Investigating the current Saba LMS to see what data is stored and what courses exist
Talking to stakeholders to understand what's being used and what needs to move forward
Planning the migration; mapping old data, deciding what to migrate/archive/delete
Documenting requirements, process flows, and data mapping
Supporting the transition with testing and change management

Requirements:

5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst
Proven working experience with an LMS migration
Working experience with SAP SuccessFactors
Any experience with Saba LMS will be a huge asset
Excellent understanding of data mapping and migration processes
Experience in the oil and gas or energy sector
