Warehouse Administrative Assistant

Windsor, ON

Agilus is recruiting for a Warehouse Administrative Assistant in the city of Windsor in Windsor, Ontario.

What's in it for you:

  • Consistent schedule: 35-45 hours per week, fully on-site, Monday to Friday
  • Can commit to working every fourth Saturday

A typical day:
  • Answer incoming calls promptly, handle customer inquries and set appointments
  • Support with paperwork, scheduling, and service calls
  • Support customers with their needs when they come into the office
  • Maintain lead and scheduling data in CRM systems
  • Monitor office supplies, petty cash, and assist Manager as needed
  • Manage warehouse inventory, including ordering, shipping, and receiving, ensuring all products match purchase orders.
  • Prepare and stage materials for weekly installation jobs by organizing and assembling required inventory. Must be able to lift up to 20lb

The successful candidate brings:
  • 1–2 years of administrative experience, including regular face to face interaction with customers
  • Experience in a warehouse, operations, or hands-on environment
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook and Excel)
  • Tech-savvy with CRM experience (would be an asset)
  • Exceptionally organized, self-driven, and adept at multitasking
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive, professional attitude
