Contract Commercial Analyst

Agilus is recruiting for a Contract Commercial Analyst in the oil & gas sector in calgary, Alberta.

Total rewards:

$40.00 - $48.00 hourly
6 months of Contract position

A typical day:

Reconcile settlement files received from 3rd parties handling one or more credit, debit and loyalty cards with transactions recorded at Retail and Cardlock sites.
Ensure cash received is reconciled to expected settlement and appropriate payments are made to the sites.
Reconcile AP invoices at a transactional level and submit for payment.
Research and investigate issues, answer queries and follow up on outstanding issues with 3rd parties handling one or more credit, debit, loyalty and gift cards.
Monitor the 3rd party receivable balances and ensure outstanding amounts are valid and follow up on collection.
Prepare monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations for SAP credit card clearing, loyalty points and gift card accounts.
Record SMS/SAP journal entries.
Assist and work on ad-hoc requests and projects to support the business.

Successful candidates will have:

1-3 years financial and/or accounting experience required.
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related financial discipline required.
An advanced degree in a financial discipline is preferred.
Multiple Systems/Retail business units, Systems: SMS/SAP/Allegro/LOM/Blackline
Business: Retail, Assets: Retail Network, Geographic: Canadian.
Function: Accounting/Transaction Management.
