You’ll work closely with Client Delivery managers, Payroll, and contractors to deliver a seamless, compliant, and positive experience. How you will make an impact:- Coordinate the full onboarding process for new contractors in support of Assignment Managers
- Distribute onboarding communications and gather all required documentation (safety tickets, emergency contacts, insurance coverage, etc.)
- Coordinate and track pre-screening requirements, including background checks, references, employment verification, and drug & alcohol clearances
- Issue contracts and ensure contractors are day-one ready
- Set up new contractors in internal systems to enable accurate payroll processing and time submission
- Provide hands-on support to contractors during the start of their assignment, resolving issues quickly and professionally

- Track safety ticket compliance and manage documentation related to contract changes
