Lead a Net-New Treasury Platform: Senior Business Systems Analyst (TMS Implementation)
Agilus is recruiting for a Senior BSA - TMS Implementation in the Financial Services and Investments Space in a hybrid work environment in Toronto, Ontario.
This senior-level Business Systems Analyst will lead the end-to-end implementation of a net-new Treasury Management System within a complex financial environment. Working at the intersection of treasury, finance, data, and technology, this role shapes future-state processes, drives system and data integration, and partners closely with business leaders, IT teams, and vendors from planning through go-live and stabilization.
Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end Treasury Management System implementation lifecycle
Assess current-state treasury processes, systems, and data flows
Design future-state treasury processes and system architecture
Partner with treasury, finance, IT, vendors, and banking partners
Oversee data mapping, migration, reconciliation, and integrity controls
Support integrations with upstream and downstream financial systems
Lead UAT, regression testing, and go-live readiness activities
Support post-implementation stabilization and early production issues

Requirements:

Bring 8–10+ years of senior Business Systems Analyst experience
Demonstrate success delivering large, complex system implementations
Apply strong expertise in treasury, cash management, or financial systems
Show hands-on proficiency with SQL, Excel, and data analysis techniques
Apply experience working with cloud data platforms such as Azure or Databricks
