Senior Project EHS Site Administrator in Prince Rupert – Fly In/Fly Out RotationAgilus is recruiting for a Senior HSE Site Administrator in the Oil and Gas industry in Prince Rupert, British Columbia. This Senior Project EHS Site Administrator plays a critical role supporting a large, remote construction project by keeping Environmental, Health & Safety documentation, systems, and reporting organized, accurate, and compliant. Working closely with the EHS team, this role is ideal for a mature, confident professional who thrives in demanding site environments and brings strong administrative discipline, technical writing skills, and field experience to a high impact project setting. Total rewards:- $55.00 - $68.00 hourly
- Earn a competitive hourly rate based on experience and engagement type
- Choose T4 ($55-60/hr) or incorporated (up to $68/hr) contract options
- Work a 14 days on / 7 days off fly in, fly out rotation
- Receive flights from major Canadian cities and ground transportation
- Stay in camp accommodations while on rotation

Responsibilities:- Support the EHS team with day to day site administration
- Maintain EHS documentation, records, and controlled files
- Prepare professional reports, correspondence, and technical documents
- Track training, incidents, investigations, and corrective actions
- Enter and manage data across EHS platforms and systems
- Coordinate closely with EHS Coordinators during peak workload periods
- Ensure documentation meets regulatory and internal standards
- Provide consistent organizational structure to site EHS activities
Requirements:- Demonstrate strong administration skills using MS Office and Adobe
- Apply clear, professional, and technical writing capabilities
- Bring previous experience in construction or industrial field environments
- Show confidence and maturity working in challenging camp settings
- Exhibit strong organization, discretion, and attention to detail
- Hold or pursue an EHS designation or diploma
- Offer experience with safety platforms such as ISN, Intelex, or E-Compliance as an asset
- Commit to a fly in, fly out site rotation
