Agilus is recruiting for a Process Technician - Plastic Injection Molding in the Plastics industry in Burlington, Ontario.

$36.59 - $39.59 hourly
Day Shift - Monday - Friday
Benefits

A typical day:

Assist with the startup of new equipment through: - Developing process parameters - Developing an operator training plan - Conducting operator training
Monitoring daily process parameters on the injection machines
Optimize cycle times, establish optimum baseline process and calculated alarm parameters
Work with outside suppliers and machine manufactures to develop process improvements; responsible for process improvement & cost savings

Successful candidates will have:

Experience in blueprint reading, advance troubleshooting & problem solving.
Hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic knowledge is required.
High school diploma is required.
Plastic injection molding machine experience: -Arburg, Husky, Sumitomo, Nestal
Previous experience with Vision Systems
5 + years of experience in process within a injection molding environment
