Now Hiring: Full-Time Shipper/ Receiver!Agilus is recruiting for a Shipper/Receiver in the Electronics Manufacturing Industry in in Dieppe, New Brunswick. Agilus is recruiting for a reliable, motivated individual to join our client’s team as a Shipping & Receiving Associate in the Dieppe area. This role supports production and logistics operations through packing goods, material handling, kitting materials, and managing shipments. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow, we’d love to hear from you. We provide:- $18.50 hourly
- Schedule: Monday- Thursday from 7:30am-5pm, Friday from 8am-12pm
- Wage: $18.50/h + 4% vacation pay
- Weekly payroll
Responsibilities:- Prepare shipping documents for both domestic and international shipments, including delivery notes, commercial documents, and export declarations.
- Maintain shipment logs and track daily shipments; follow up with carriers to resolve delays or exceptions.
- Obtain shipping quotes from multiple carriers/methods to ensure the best possible rates.
- Support commercial and purchasing teams by providing freight quotes as requested.
- Assist with packaging and labeling goods for shipment.
- Inspect, verify, and receive incoming goods against packing slips and purchase orders; record shortages and file claims for lost or damaged items.
- Perform material kitting for the production floor and manage supplies and inventory.
- Operate a pallet lift (training provided if needed).
Requirements:- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehousing, or material handling is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling documentation and inventory.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with shipping systems or ERP software is an advantage.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required.
- Experience operating material handling equipment is an asset (training available).
- Successful candidate must have a clean criminal record.
