Property Manager Role Open!Agilus is recruiting for a Property Manager in the Real Estate Industry in Vancouver, British Columbia. - Work directly with a hands-on CEO and VP who mentor, support, and empower you.
- Manage a diverse portfolio, primarily commercial, with exposure to furnished and unfurnished residential.
- Gain valuable experience onboarding new properties as the portfolio expands.

- Receive a monthly car allowance ($350–$400) while using your own vehicle to visit sites.
A typical day:- Manage daily operations across a commercial-heavy property portfolio.
- Maintain high-quality tenant relationships with proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and inspections by managing multiple vendors and service contracts.
- Support onboarding of new buildings, including tenant communication, vendor setup, and systems updates.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with building standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and updates in property management systems.
- Support budget tracking, expense monitoring, and operational reporting.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and VP to prioritize tasks and maintain portfolio performance.
Successful candidates will have:- Experience in property management—commercial background highly preferred.
- Strong learning agility with ERPs or property management systems; comfort adapting to new tools.
- Proactive, energetic, “go-getter” work style with a strong sense of ownership.
- Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional presence with tenants and vendors.
- Ability to manage multiple sites, tasks, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with consistent follow-through and attention to detail.
- Experience with Yardi or RentCafe is a strong asset.
- Comfort using a personal vehicle for site travel, supported by a monthly allowance.
