Responsibilities:- Develop, manage, and maintain policies for enterprise data loss prevention (DLP) systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to implement and enhance data protection infrastructure.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement security measures to safeguard databases and sensitive information.
- Monitor and investigate DLP incidents, identifying risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
- Support data identification, documentation, residual risk assessment, and access reduction initiatives.
- Build and refine cybersecurity response playbooks and processes for compliance and control improvement.
- Analyze threat data and prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations for leadership.
- Work with modern enterprise tools and platforms such as Trellix, Forcepoint, Proofpoint, Zscaler, Broadcom, GCP, BigID, and Microsoft Security Suite.
Requirements:- 4+ years of experience in IT Security, Cybersecurity, or Information Protection roles.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with DLP technologies such as McAfee/Trellix, Proofpoint, Zscaler, or Symantec DLP.
- 2+ years of direct experience monitoring or investigating DLP incidents in applications or consoles.
- 3+ years of experience in end-user troubleshooting, preferably in Windows environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong technical understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, incident response, and access management.
Further additional qualifications:- Experience working in Banking or Financial Institutions.
- Familiarity with international compliance and regulatory frameworks.
- Exposure to infrastructure or application-level vulnerability assessments.
- Experience with Automation, APIs, SaaS services, and Active Directory.
- Hands-on experience with Cloud Security and DLP solutions.
- Applicable security certifications such as McAfee/Trellix, Proofpoint, Zscaler, CISSP, or CISM.
