Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage third-party cybersecurity incident handling, investigation, and resolution.
  • Monitor threat intelligence feeds and coordinate response activities across global business units.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge communication between technical and business stakeholders.
  • Compile and present investigative data through dashboards, reports, and executive summaries.
  • Refine and maintain incident response playbooks and standard operating procedures.
  • Provide advisory support across multiple security domains, including threat management, IAM, and security engineering.
  • Lead or contribute to projects ensuring information security risks are effectively mitigated.
  • Participate in post-incident reviews and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Successful candidates will have:
  • 8–10+ years of IT experience with a minimum of 3+ years in cybersecurity operations or incident response.
  • Hands-on experience managing security incidents and coordinating cross-team responses.
  • Proficiency in using analytical and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) for threat reporting and data analysis.
  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, threat detection, and mitigation practices.
  • Strong understanding of SIEM platforms, threat intelligence tools, and vulnerability management processes.

Further additional qualifications:
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
  • Experience developing or implementing TTP frameworks for threat pattern detection.
  • Exposure to Red Team operations, SOC management, or vulnerability assessments.
  • Familiarity with security program development to defend against APT (Advanced Persistent Threats).
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or CRISC.
