Business Analyst - Data Platform Team

Agilus is recruiting for a Business Analyst - Data Platform Team in the Real Estate sector in a hybrid work environment in Toronto, Ontario.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Project Managers, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications for the Tableau development team.
Work closely with data engineers to understand data flows, transformations, and dependencies.
Ensure data integrity and relevance throughout the ETL process.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and Tableau developers.
Provide guidance on dashboard structure, KPIs, and user experience to ensure alignment with business goals

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a data or analytics-focused environment.
Strong understanding of ETL processes and data lifecycle.
Experience working with Tableau or similar BI tools.

Soft skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
