Agilus is recruiting for multiple Project Manager - AI Digital Transformations in the Financial Services in a hybrid work environment in Toronto, Ontario.
Opportunity to manage delivery across pods in a high-profile financial services program with strong focus on digital and AI initiatives. Work in a hybrid model and gain exposure to senior stakeholders and cutting-edge technology programs.
A typical day:

Lead delivery across one or more pods, ensuring timelines, scope, and budgets are managed.
Coordinate with Scrum Masters and cross-functional teams.
Manage risks, dependencies, and resource planning.
Provide regular governance reporting and maintain audit-ready documentation.

Successful candidates will have:

8+ years of project management experience in large enterprise settings.
Background in banking, digital, or AI-related projects.
Proficiency with project tools such as Clarity or MS Project.
Solid understanding of agile delivery practices.

Soft skills:

Confident communicator with executive presence.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Strong collaboration and relationship-building abilities.
