Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for an Part time Marketing support in the nonprofit organization in a hybrid work environment in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
We are seeking a reliable Part-Time Marketing Support team member to assist with social media, marketing campaigns, content updates, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and enjoys helping promote our brand. Flexible hours and a great opportunity to gain hands-on marketing experience.
Total rewards:

$20.00 hourly
Weekly pay + 4% vacation pay
15-20 hours a week
Flexible schedule
Monday to Friday shifts

A typical day:

Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed
Monitor and report on campaign performance and key marketing metrics
Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities
Support email marketing campaigns, including content formatting and distribution
Conduct outbound calls and email correspondence with clients and prospective businesses to support marketing initiatives

Successful candidates will have:

Previous experience in marketing, communications, administration, or a related field is an asset
Comfortable working a part time schedule
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
