Agilus is recruiting for several Packaging & Fulfillment Associates in the Agriscience sector in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
We’re looking for a reliable and detail oriented Packaging & Fulfillment Associate to support our growing fulfillment and distribution operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands on work in a warehouse or production environment and wants to be part of a mission driven, locally based company.

Day shift 8:00am-5:00pm

How you will make an impact:

Bagging, storing and organization of finished product and inventory
Handle and package finished goods according to quality and safety standards
Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs), food safety, and workplace safety guidelines
Label, weigh, and document outgoing shipments
Support general warehouse and production activities as needed

The successful candidate brings:

Previous experience in order picking, packaging, warehouse, or shipping/receiving is required
Comfortable working in an agriculture warehouse
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting packages (up to ~50 lbs)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Basic computer skills for order tracking or shipping systems are an asset
Sit down counterbalance forklift experience is an asset
