Outbound Calling Representatives Wanted | Flexible Afternoon & Evening Shifts
Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for several Outbound Calling Representative - Fundraising Campaigns in the call center industry in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
We are currently looking for enthusiastic and professional Outbound Calling Representatives to join a fundraising campaign team. In this role, you will connect with previous supporters and purchasers to provide updates on an exciting new fundraising campaign.
What's in it for you:

$17.50 hourly
Flexible Schedule 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Weekly Pay + 4% vacation pay
Short term work (until the 25th)
Start as soon as possible

Responsibilities:

Making outbound courtesy calls to previous purchasers
Informing supporters about new fundraising campaigns
Sharing important campaign deadlines and major prize information
Providing opportunities for supporters to purchase tickets
Delivering excellent customer service while representing the organization in a positive and professional manner

Requirements:

Strong verbal communication skills in English
Friendly, enthusiastic, and confident personality
Comfortable speaking with people over the phone
Ability to remain professional and engaged throughout your shift
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Resume required prior to placement consideration
