Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Landscaping Labourer in the Property Maintenance Industry in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
We are seeking a reliable Landscaping Labourer to join our team. The role involves maintaining outdoor spaces using equipment such as a whipper snipper and ride-on mower. Duties include lawn mowing, trimming edges, and general grounds maintenance.
Total rewards:

$20.00 hourly
Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Weekly Pay + 4% vacation pay
Potential for ongoing, permanent work

A day in the life:

Operate ride-on mowers to cut and maintain lawns
Use a whipper snipper for edging and detailed trimming
Complete general grounds maintenance (tidying, clearing, etc.)
Work outdoors in a hands-on, active environment
Rotate between independent tasks and team-based work

Successful candidates will have:

Experience using whipper snippers and ride-on mowers preferred
Reliable Transportation
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Physically fit and capable of manual work
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Seeking a long-term opportunity
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
