Summer Landscaping Role – 3-Week Contract in Fredericton!
Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Landscaper in the Commercial Property Maintenance Sector in Fredericton, New Brunswick.
We’re currently hiring a Temporary Labourer / Landscaper on behalf of one of our reputable commercial property clients in Fredericton. This is a great short-term opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and staying active. This role is a 3-week assignment starting June 29, covering a vacation period. You’ll be responsible for general property upkeep and landscaping tasks to help maintain clean, safe, and well-presented outdoor spaces.
We offer:

$18.00 hourly
Monday to Friday schedule (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Consistent, full-time hours for the duration of the contract
Great opportunity to gain hands-on outdoor and property maintenance experience
Supportive team environment
Weekly Payroll

Responsibilities:

Operate a gas-powered weed wacker
Use a garden tractor/riding lawn mower for cutting grass
Perform general landscaping and grounds maintenance
Litter picking and property clean-up
Assist with light painting tasks as needed
Ensure outdoor areas are maintained to a clean and professional standard

Requirements:

Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Previous landscaping or labour experience is an asset
Ability to safely operate small gas-powered equipment
Reliable and able to work independently
Steel toe boots required
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Must have a clean criminal record
