<div><span id='spanstep1' style="margin-left:0px;display:inline-block" class='wizard-step-span'></span></br><span id='spanstep2' style="margin-left:0px;padding-bottom:20px;display:inline-block" class='wizard-step-span'>Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a <span style="font-weight:bold">Materials Coordinator III </span> in the <span style="font-weight:bold"> Oil and Gas Sector</span> in <span style="font-weight:bold">Fort St. John, British Columbia, Alberta. </span></br><span id='spanstep27' style="margin-left:0px;display:inline-block" class='wizard-substep-span'>The FSJ Warehouse Material Coordinator is responsible for managing material flow, inventory accuracy, and logistical support for the Fort St. John warehouse and assisting with distribution of materials to the Montney plant site. This role ensures timely receipt, storage, and distribution of materials while maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards </span></span></br><span id='spanstep5' style="margin-left:0px;display:inline-block" class='wizard-step-span'><span style="font-weight:bold">Total rewards:</span><ul><li>$47.00 hourly</li><li>One year contract position</li><li> 14 Days On/14 Days Off (12HR Days) </li></ul></span></br><span id='spanstep3' style="margin-left:0px;display:inline-block" class='wizard-step-span'><span style="font-weight:bold">A typical day:</span><ul><li>Receive and process incoming freight from transport companies and vendor drop-offs. </li><li>Perform goods receipt (GR) transactions and maintain accurate inventory records. </li><li>Create requisitions as required.</li><li>Collect materials from local vendors as required, Prepare and ship materials and mail to Montney sites. </li><li>Create shipping manifests for site deliveries twice weekly, Load and unload freight trucks; operate forklifts for warehouse activities. </li><li>Conduct inventory counts and optimize storage for slow-moving materials, Source parts and create requisitions for non-work order purchases. </li><li>Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization, Provide support for office and operational material requests. </li><li>Assisting logistics coordinators for in-town/office tasks as required.</li></ul></span></br><span id='spanstep4' style="margin-left:0px;display:inline-block" class='wizard-step-span'><span style="font-weight:bold">Successful candidates will have:</span><ul><li>Experienced in warehousing and materials, typically 5-7 years of experience.</li><li>Training/certification required to operate forklift/loader.</li><li>Inventory management skills/history with ERP software (SAP preferable).</li></ul></span></br><div><span style="font-weight:bold">This posting is for an active opening. </span></div></br><span id='spanstep6' style ="font-weight:bold">Interested? </span></br>Please apply directly online </br></br>Agilus by Synergie would like to thank all candidates for their interest in this opportunity.
