We’re seeking a Shipping Coordinator to manage outbound shipments, documentation, and carrier scheduling while supporting warehouse operations. This hands-on role offers variety, teamwork, and opportunities for growth in a fast-paced logistics environment. Total rewards:- $24.00 - $32.00 hourly
- Training travel stipend: $50/day during training period
- Paid training at Canadian facility

A typical day:- Coordinate daily outbound shipments and logistics for timely delivery
- Prepare and maintain shipping documentation and customs paperwork
- Schedule carriers, book transportation, and communicate with drivers
- Collaborate with Production, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams
- Track shipments and resolve delays proactively
- Assist with warehouse activities, including loading trailers when needed
- Ensure compliance with safety and shipping procedures
- Support continuous improvement in logistics processes
Successful candidates will have:- Experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse coordination
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication with internal teams and carriers
- Willingness to assist with hands-on tasks when required
- Computer proficiency (shipping systems, MS Office, ERP experience a plus)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Forklift certification or warehouse equipment experience is an asset (training available)
- Team-oriented attitude with flexibility
