- Training travel stipend: $50/day during training period

A typical day:- Plan, schedule, and coordinate production workflow to meet deadlines
- Monitor processes for safety, efficiency, and quality standards
- Enforce safety rules and ensure proper PPE usage
- Supervise and mentor employees across multiple departments
- Oversee inventory of materials and equipment
- Support training, onboarding, and cross-training initiatives
- Identify workflow challenges and implement process improvements
- Report incidents promptly and ensure corrective actions
Successful candidates will have:- Experience in cabinet manufacturing, woodworking, or similar production
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of production processes and quality standards
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Hands-on leadership style in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to safety and team development
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
