Agilus Work Solutions is hiring Manufacturing Associates for a leading manufacturer. In this hands-on role, you’ll work across multiple areas including assembly, drawer building, packaging, and loading. You’ll use precision tools, follow detailed instructions, and ensure products meet high-quality standards before shipment. If you enjoy working with your hands, value teamwork, and want to grow your skills in a fast-paced environment, this is the opportunity for you. Total rewards:- $19.00 - $26.00 hourly
- $50/day training travel stipend during training period

A typical day:- Assemble components accurately using hand tools, power tools, and machinery
- Interpret work instructions and measure materials to precise specifications
- Inspect finished products for quality, fit, and finish before packaging
- Safely package and protect products for shipment to prevent damage
- Load trucks and trailers efficiently while following safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
- Assist with material movement and support workflow across departments
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Successful candidates will have:- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse operations is an asset
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and measurements accurately
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and learning machinery operation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Physical stamina: able to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety, paired with strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency.
- Driver's License, reliable vehicle and ability to travel across US/Canada border
