Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Warehouse Associate in the Warehousing & Distribution Sector in ETOBICOKE, Ontario.
Join a fast-paced warehouse team in Etobicoke as a Warehouse Associate, where you will play a key role in supporting daily operations. This hands-on position is ideal for reliable individuals who enjoy physical work and being part of a collaborative environment focused on efficiency, safety, and timely order fulfilment.
A typical day:

Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately
Receive, sort, and organise incoming inventory
Load and unload shipments using warehouse equipment
Operate pallet jacks and basic material handling tools
Maintain cleanliness and follow workplace safety standards

Requirements:

Lift up to 40–50 lbs consistently throughout shifts
Stand and move for extended periods during work hours
Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and teamwork
Show willingness to learn warehouse operations
Wear CSA-approved steel-toe safety footwear

Total compensation:

$19.25 hourly
Work full-time hours with consistent scheduling
Gain hands-on warehouse and logistics experience

Soft skills:
