Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Structural Design - Packaging in the Corrugated Packaging in Etobicoke, Ontario.
Are you a creative and technically skilled Structural Designer with experience in corrugated packaging and point-of-purchase displays? Join a well-established packaging manufacturer where you'll transform concepts into production-ready designs, create prototypes and working drawings, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support innovative packaging solutions for a diverse client base. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a stable and evolving industry.
A day in the life:

Build artwork files, perform colour adjustments and prepare graphics for production
Support packaging certification, flexographic printing requirements and CAD table operations
Create conceptual packaging designs, prototypes, mock-ups and CAD-generated samples
Develop and maintain working drawings, structural documentation and bill of materials
Coordinate project timelines and collaborate with customers and internal teams

Successful candidates will have:

Hold a degree in Industrial Design, Structural Design, Package Design or Design Engineering
Possess at least 3 years of experience in structural design, packaging graphics or a related field
Demonstrate experience with point-of-purchase displays and corrugated packaging products
Utilize ArtiosCAD, Esko cutting table software, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, MS Office and Mac systems
Understand corrugated grades and flutes, barcode application and flexographic printing processes
