Restoration Project Manager role open in Etobicoke!
Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Restoration Project Manager in the restoration industry in Etobicoke,, Ontario.
Our client is looking to hire a Restoration Project Manager to join their team permanently in their Etobicoke office. Perfect person for this role is IICRC certified, fluent with Xactimate, and experienced with water, fire, smoke, and mould projects.
What's in it for you:

$70000.00 - $85000.00 annually
Salary + bonus twice a year
Company vehicle provided
2 weeks vacation
Cell phone and laptop provided
Territories covered: Etobicoke, Vaughan, and Markham/Scarborough
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. After hours on-call one week per month

Responsibilities:

Oversee restoration projects from initial damage assessment through final completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
Prepare project estimates, scopes of work, schedules, and documentation using industry software and company processes
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, suppliers, and crews to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
Maintain regular communication with homeowners, insurance representatives, property managers, and other stakeholders while resolving project issues and concerns
Monitor project progress, costs, billing, compliance, and closeout activities, including final inspections, documentation, and customer sign-off, while participating in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule

Requirements:

2+ years of hands-on project management and estimation experience in the restoration industry
IICRC certified
Fluency with Xactimate/XactAnalysis, Encircle, and DocuSketch
Valid Ontario class G driver's licence and reliable transportation
Experience with water, fire, smoke, mould, and structural restoration processes
