Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Maintenance Millwright in the Manufacturing Sector in Etobicoke, Ontario.
Our client is seeking a licensed Industrial Maintenance Millwright to support a high-performing manufacturing operation in Etobicoke. This is a steady day-shift opportunity for a mechanically and electrically skilled professional who enjoys troubleshooting, installation, and preventative maintenance in a fast-paced environment. If you bring strong PLC troubleshooting skills and take pride in precision maintenance work, this role offers excellent pay, stability, and long-term growth.
A typical day:

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machines and production equipment
Install, inspect, and repair mechanical and electrical components to maintain uptime
Perform preventative maintenance including electrical repairs, welding, and machining
Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment, motors, and hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and shop drawings while following lockout/tagout procedures

Successful candidates will have:

Hold a valid Ontario Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) 433A license
Bring 2+ years of maintenance experience in corrugated or paper environments or 5+ years in manufacturing
Demonstrate strong electrical troubleshooting skills with PLC-controlled equipment
Own a complete set of standard and metric tools required for industrial maintenance
Be physically able to lift up to 100 lbs and work overtime as required

Total rewards:

$42.00 - $44.00 hourly
Signing Bonus of $1500
Work a steady Monday–Friday day shift with overtime potential
