Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Lead Shipper in the Corrugate Manufacturing Industry in Etobicoke, Ontario.
Are you an experienced shipping professional with strong forklift skills and a talent for inventory management? Our client is seeking a Lead Shipper to oversee shipping activities, manage finished goods movements, investigate inventory inquiries, and support warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This full-time permanent opportunity offers stable daytime hours, competitive pay, benefits, and the chance to take on a leadership role within a growing organization.
A typical day:

Lead daily shipping and finished goods operations
Operate a counterbalance forklift to move materials and products safely
Investigate inventory discrepancies and maintain accurate inventory records
Complete job costing transactions and update information within an integrated system
Communicate operational updates and shipping priorities with supervisors and team members

Successful candidates will have:

Demonstrate experience operating a forklift, including handling product without skids and using long forks
Hold certification for counterbalance forklift operation or the ability to demonstrate proficiency
Possess strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
Apply excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities
Bring warehouse, shipping, manufacturing, or corrugated industry experience

Total rewards:

$26.30 hourly
Work a consistent Monday to Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Receive 2 weeks of paid vacation annually
